About the mosque
The mosque, also known as "Instituto Cultural Islámico y Mezquita de Córdoba"; is located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. It was inaugurated in 1984 and has approximately 360m2. The building was built on a narrow lot and is flush with the sidewalk. The facade is clad in stone and has a single minaret. The symmetry of the facade is realized by the minaret which is aligned with the main entrance, flanked by a sequence of warhead-shaped windows.
